Bookings

A 50% retainer is due at the time of booking to confirm your event date. The remaining balance will be due at least 5 days prior to your event with us.  

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your event with us, we require a 72-hour notice. Cancellation made with 72 hours or more notice will receive a refund minus a 50% service fee. We will reschedule your event upon availability if you cancel up to 72 hours in advance. Please note, all retainers are non-refundable.

Weather/ Nature

The weather will be monitored very carefully for every picnic, the clients will be notified prior to the event and are given the option to reschedule and/or relocate, this will be upon availability. If bad weather happens during the picnic, there is no option for a refund. 

Heavenly Treasure Luxury Events is not responsible for any interactions you might have with ants, bees, dogs or any other insect or animal you might come in contact with during your picnic. Refunds will not be issued due to bug bits or anything out of our control.

Damage

Heavenly Treasure Luxury Events reserve the right to charge any parties for broken or damaged property. Lost or stolen property will also be charged. 

Travel

Any travel to a location within 30 miles of Macon, GA is free. A minimum travel fee of $50 applies to all bookings outside the standard Macon service area. After which a mileage fee of $1 per additional mile will be charged. Please note that this distance/rate is for around trip. We reserve the right to cancel any service requiring travel beyond 30 miles, due to time constraints.

PHOTO RELEASE

We reserve the right to take photographs of our picnic set up and styling for promotional use and advertising purposes on our website, portfolio, brochures, or social media pages. We welcome photos from you and reserve the right to use these on our promotional platforms.
