Bookings

A  50% down payment is due at the time of booking to confirm your event date.. The remaining balance will be due at least 72 hours prior to your event with us.  

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you need to cancel  your event with us , we require a 72 hour notice . Cancellation made with 72 hours or more notice will receive a refund minus a 50% service fee. We will reschedule your picnic upon availability if you cancel up to 72 hours in advance .Please note, all down payments are non-refundable.

Weather/ Nature

The weather will be monitored very carefully for every picnic, the clients will be notified prior to the event and are given the option to reschedule and/or relocate, This will be upon availability. If bad weather happens during the picnic, there is no option for a refund. 

Heavenly Treasure Luxury Events is not responsible for any interactions you might have with ants, bees, dogs or any other insect or animal you might come in contact with during your picnic. Refunds will not be issued due to bug bits or anything out of our control.

Damage

Heavenly Treasure Luxury Events reserve the right to charge any parties for broken or damaged property. Lost or stolen property will also be charged.
